What are your products made out of ?

Out products are made from a range of materials, such as concrete, epoxy resin, jesmonite, and solid wood.

How do I Care for my trays

You should clean them with a soft cloth and gentle soap (if needed). Clean any harsh contaminets as quickly as possible.

The majority of our products are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Refer to the specific product for more care instructions. 

All epoxy resin products should not be exposed to direct sunlight or high temp environments for a long period of time.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, you can customise the colors of any of our existing products but we can not change the shape or size of our products. All custom orders take 2-3 weeks for production. Please inquire about pricing via our contact form, or email us hello@byodiri.com

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I place a wholesale order if I am not a retailer?

Yes. Wholesale orders are not limited to retailers. Use the contact form or send an email to hello@byodiri.com providing the details of your request and we will provide you with an quote.

When can I expect my order

Processing Time for all orders are 7-14 business days, with the exception of custom orders. All custom orders have a 2-3 week processing time.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will be sent out via USPS and a tracking number will be sent to you via the email provided during checkout.

How will I know my order has shipped?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order(s).

What do I do if my item arrives damaged.

All orders are packaged with the care and to be protected from transit damage. in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please send us an email within 3 business days to support@byodiri.com with detailed photographic proof of the damages (to the products and the condition of the outside packaging). They will be used to file a damages claim with USPS. We will do our best to asses and solve the problem with you.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are happy to say, we now ship worldwide. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated by USPS based on location and weight.
